Internal Account Executive - GBPCompetitive + OTE
In this role you will proactively promote all products to meet and exceed your sales revenue and productivity targets. In addition you will increase revenue from new and existing customers and build relationships with key accounts
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing recommendations and advice to resellers on products
• Proactive & reactive telephone call handling, ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently
• Maintaining the agreed level of proactive contact with existing reseller accounts, using company supplied CRM data
• Matching customer needs to a solution, convincing the customer of the benefits, overcoming objections and closing the sale
• Working with the Business Development Manager on specific sales opportunities, possibly introducing resellers & providing quotations where necessary
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of all office administration support activities and providing cover as required
• Ensuring customer complaints, issues and queries are dealt with promptly and reach a successful conclusion
• Monitoring shared email accounts & the phone system, processing enquiries & sales orders
• Preparing and sending samples to customers, recording all requests for future follow-up
• Updating and maintaining internal CRM system with both contact & sales activity details
Essential Skills/ Experience:
Experience in a sales background in a channel or reseller environment would be beneficial
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good MS office and CRM skills
Confident and persuasive telephone manner
Ability to multi-task, prioritise daily activities and manage time effectively.
Ability to use own initiative, and yet still be part of a team.
