Job Title: RTA Pre-Litigation Fee Earner
A rapidly expanding Law Firm based in Salford - who are looking to appoint new Fee Earners within their Pre-Ligation, MOJ Portal department.
Description: The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role, ideally with previous experience as an RTA Fee Earner using the MOJ Portal. You will have the ability to handle an RTA caseload from inception to completion. Credit Hire experience is desirable but not essential. If you have the relevant experience, this will be an amazing opportunity for you to progress your career by joining a growing and exciting team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous fee earning experience, ideally within RTA
- MOJ Portal experience and experience dealing with credit hire and contentious claims is desirable
- Experience of using a Proclaim
- Able to work to a high standard
- Experience of working towards targets
- You will be working in a team of 20+ experienced fee earners with plans for further growth
- You must be able to handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and with an appropriate level of supervision. Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience
This role is being offered on a full-time and permanent basis, salary will be dependent on experience.
