We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to help develop our IT division. Recruiting permanent contract and temporary staff within technical IT positions, Digital Marketing and IT development. This is an exciting time to join Insure Recruitment and help us evolve and within a cyber focused ever changing industry sector.
The aim of the role is to maintain existing client relationships and help develop new business clients through out the UK.
The new consultant will working alongside our experienced insurance team servicing and sourcing office based candidates and developing/expanding our client base. We are keen to speak to consultants with excellent knowledge of IT candidates.
The salary/package is negotiable dependant on your experience/business plan. We have a very low staff turnover and help develop our consultants careers and highly reward staff for their excellent performance! All of our consultants have worked for our business for over 4 years, this is a new vacancy due to continued expansion and growth.
Candidates need to have relevant recruitment agency experience and have at least 5 GCSE A-C Grades inducing maths and English to be considered for interview stage.
The successful applicant will be an effective account manager, be driven and have creative ideas and marketing techniques. You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a bubbly personality and the confidence to network and lead generate, you will have excellent organisational skills and have good MS office skills.
