MOJ Portal Paralegal
An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join the Personal Injury team of a central Sheffield City Centre Law Firm.
The role will involve running a caseload of MOJ Portal claimant PI matters and therefore experience in working in a similar role is essential.
You will have strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules in relation to Fasttrack Personal Injury matters and a knowledge and experience of all three stages of the MOJ Portal.
Responsibilities will include;
- Taking instructions from clients
- Drafting statements and other legal documentation
- Establishing liability and assessing quantum
- instructing experts and counsel
- Preparing cases for litigation.
