An opportunity has arisen within our client's ICT team for an ICT Service Desk Administrator which will be based within their Headquarters in Sheffield.
ICT Service Desk Administrator
Contract: Fixed term (until January 2018)
Salary: £16,781 - £17,772 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Work Pattern: Flexi time with shift patterns
The role is to maximise the effective use of ICT systems and hardware by providing customer-focused user support, ensuring all support calls and service requests are logged and administered using the appropriate service desk software and working to any agreed Service Level Agreements.
You will need GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent, and a proven experience of Microsoft Office applications.
