We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Senior Lecturer in Public Health to strengthen the Public Health Medicine academic base of Public Health Medicine within the Centre for Public Health (CPH), and the Public Health Agency (PHA). The successful candidate will undertake research in line with the School's research strategy; teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level; contribute to School's administration/outreach activity and deliver and enhance the public health service.
The post holder will play a key role in the PHA response to complex public health issues and focusing in the areas of health care, public health, safety and quality; developing and implementing the Commissioning Plan for health and social care; and leading in improving the safety and quality of services.
While we are seeking to appoint at Clinical Senior Lecturer level, in the event that we are unable to make an appointment, consideration will be given to appointing at a Clinical Lecturer level.
