Sales Executive
Eastbourne, BN23
O.T.E £45k - £50k
8.30 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday (day off in the week)
Sunday 10 am - 4 pm on a rota
Our client, The Birchwood group have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and have multiple Sales Executive roles available across the company.
Their sales teams based across multiple Eastbourne showrooms, are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join them as Sales Executive.
Position Summary
Joining as a Sales Executive, successful candidates will support and guide customers, on every step of the journey, as they purchase their new car.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you will take time to talk to customers, build a genuine relationship and identify what they need. As Sales Executive you will be the key point of contact for each customer visiting the showroom.
You will be as comfortable with negotiating and influencing others as you are to making recommendations, your flexible approach, eye for detail and commitment will see you thrive.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidates will have the required skills to hit the ground running and thrive in this role, including;
- Experience within a similar role would be beneficial with a thorough undertstanding of the sales cycle
- Results driven, highly motivated, an enthusiastic individual with a high level of confidence
- Great face to face communication skills
