Salary: £35000 - £40000 per annum, OTE is uncapped - potential earnings up to 80k

We’re now looking to expand our digital media sales team based out of Manchester.

We focus on developing a positive and innovative culture as a route to success. We function as a flat structured culture with every employee effectively running a business within the business.

We’re looking for a person who has the ability to effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing their business. Perhaps it’s your second or third business development role within media sales or digital media sales and you’re looking for a new opportunity to shine and demonstrate the value you can bring to our rapidly growing business.

You must be able to display a track record of being able to execute a well-structured approach to researching, analysing and generating new business opportunities, consistent sales target achievement and the ability to present at the highest level.

Role Requirements
A strong understanding and grasp of the digital online environment
Minimum of 3 years direct sales and business development experience (B2B)
Both internal and external sales experience is preferable
Previous experience in direct and online media sales would be a distinct advantage
Drive to exceed sales targets with strong sales and negotiating skills
Successful track record working within a highly sales-orientated and targeted environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong all-round communication skills in spoken and written English
Experience in using CRM systems, such as would be an advantage but not essential
Enthusiastic and collaborative team player.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Full, clean driving license
Able to travel globally and possess a clean passport
