Shift QA

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for Shift QA with Joubere Ltd a manufacturer and
seller of chilled and ambient food for the retail and foodservices sectors. We are
looking for an enthusiastic and self- motivated candidate. As the Shift QA, you will
have a varied role responsible for:
• ensuring monitoring equipment used is calibrated to schedule
• conduct QA tests on manufactured product against agreed quality parameters
• carry out QA line checks on final product to ensure all labelling and date coding
requirements have been entered correctly.
• immediately report on any product or process found to be out of specification and
to document and control any Non Conformances using the specified company
Quality System and Procedures
• assist in the identification and implementation of appropriate corrective action and
to contribute towards trouble shooting & problem solving within the factory
• ensure all related paperwork is completed and documented correctly
• assist production staff in maintaining hygienic practices & procedures
• assist in the training of new members of the QA team
• conduct routine Internal Audits.
• carry out assigned project work
This position requires a motivated, committed candidate who has the ability to work
unsupervised and as part of a team. The position is paid £10/hr, Monday to Friday,
minimum 40hours/ week with some week end working, and flexibility required.
