Opportunity to join a world class engineering business as a Principle Buyer.

Your new company
You will be joining a world class engineering business within their manufacturing facility in Lincoln; initially engaged on 6 month contract period.

Your new role
As Principle Buyer you will manage a low value / high volume commodity group from a strategic level with the focus on optimising supply and contributing to overall operating profit. During the period you will be involved in contract and price negotiations, supplier management, control of contractual agreements, claim management and project based work.

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an experienced commercial purchasing specialist who possesses extensive experience across a range of purchasing functions, with an engineering bias.

What you'll get in return
You will be working within a global business, where internal opportunities for permanency and/or contract extensions are highly likely. The rate will be up to £20 per hour PAYE plus holiday accrued in addition, or up to £26 per hour via Umbrella/Ltd.
