Job Title: HR & Payroll Administrator
Reporting to: HR Manager & Payroll Manager
Location: Kettering
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000

Job Title: HR & Payroll Administrator
Reporting to: PA to MD
Directly supervises: N/A

Key Performance Areas:

1.Prepare and send monthly payrolls and all RTI for the Head Office site
2.Deal with employee queries about pay slips
3.Prepare, submit and issue annual P11D forms and PAYE Settlement Agreement in line with HMRC deadlines
4.Record all company absences on in-house system
5.Record all employee holidays on in-house system
6.Collate employee objectives and objective review meeting dates
7.Collate completed annual appraisals
8.Collate annual job description reviews
9.Assist in administration of new starters and leavers
10.Provide support in the recruitment process
11.Administer annual audit covering employee details, driving license, VDU's and company equipment
12.Ensure all employee personnel files are kept up to date
13.Provide support in updating and maintaining the company employee handbook
14.Ensure all weekly movements for all staff are received and the movements spreadsheet is updated to reflect these movements in a timely manner
15.Deal with all administration in relation to company vehicles, this includes new vehicle leases, contract lease monitoring, employee weekly mileage, monthly vehicle checks and P46 forms
16.Deal with travel arrangements for all employees
17.Undertake ad hoc duties and provide support / cover to the PA to MD in relation to HR duties as and when required
18.Act at all times with a consistent and serious attitude to Health & Safety matters
19.Vehicle registrations, Maintain vehicle files, Check and prepare reports for internal and external use
20.Utilise and uphold the defined administrative and record keeping systems, procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with manufacturer accounting requirements and the accuracy of all paperwork.
