An experienced Carpenter is required to join the Estates and Commercial
Services Maintenance team. Reporting to the Building Services Supervisor,
this role will primarily undertake general routine maintenance and minor
repair works. The role also undertakes works to all aspects of the building
fabric as set out in planned maintenance schedules.

You must hold a City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry or equivalent or have completed an approved apprenticeship.

Whilst being proactive in your approach you will be a self-motivated individual with the ability work both independently and as part of a team attending work outside of normal hours when necessary.

It is also essential for this role that you have a full driving licence.
