Sales & Lettings Negotiator, South Manchester

A fantastic opening has arisen within the Stockport area. GCB Recruitment are in Search of an experienced and dynamic Sales and Lettings Agent for our client an independent agency. As a Sales and Lettings agent you will be responsible for the whole property sales process from initial applicant enquiry through to completion.

• Register applicants
• Conduct market valuations
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors
• Close deals
• Canvass for new business opportunities and conduct market valuations
• Achieve pre-agreed targets

The Individual:

• Proven background in property sales or estate agency
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• Previous experience with a lettings and sales software would be an advantage
• Full and clean UK driving license

In return our client will offer:

Salary: GBP19,000 -GBP20,000 depending on experience Plus a healthy OTE GBP25,000-GBP30,000

Hours: Mon-Fri possible alternate Saturdays
