The role will include:
• Create and maintain good strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Effective management and administration of clients
• Creditor control management and dispute resolution
• Demonstrate capability, implementation and understanding or all company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records
Personal Attributes:
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• High standard of numeracy, accuracy with a keen eye for detail
• Sound keyboard skills and competent using all Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A flexible approach and a willingness to learn
• Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
You will be someone who possesses good customer service and negotiation skills and you will have the ability to build positive relationships with our customers.
