The ideal candidate for this Humanities teaching assistant position must have a real passion for working in education and inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential in their GCSE and A-level exams. The school is searching for an ambitious and talented graduate who has excellent subject knowledge and a real desire to pass this on to the next generation.
This Humanities teaching assistant position will involve working within a dynamic environment where you will need to constantly find innovative ways to motivate and support GCSE and A-Level learners. You will be working with students who have a range of abilities. You will be responsible for working with students who are gifted and talented, trying to achieve the top grades to facilitate their entry into the top universities in the country. You may also be required to work with those students who need extra support to reach the critical C grade at GCSE level who need academic and moral support throughout the academic year.
