Overview Are you looking for interesting, intellectually stimulating work? To be part of a business where core values are not just words on a page? Working with colleagues you value and trust?

We can provide you with all of that and more.

At Baringa we are determined to ensure we give you the career progression that you want, at the pace you are after. As a business, we are constantly evolving to meet our clients' needs - and we want you to do that too.

Our market leading growth, combined with ambitious expansion plans, mean that we can continue to offer our employees the progression, development and diverse range of client engagements they are looking for.

These are the reasons people come to us, and these are the reasons they stay. What will you be doing? Our Supply Chain business unit works with a range of blue chip clients from across the spectrum of Baringa's industry sectors, including major market players in Telecoms & Media, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Government. The breadth of work, from network design and optimisation through to inventory management and control tower design and deployment, provides the ability to build out and develop a wealth of experience for employees of all levels. You will work as part of a core team of subject matter experts, delivering tangible benefits to our clients whilst working on exciting programmes in fascinating industries during a time of significant change. Some examples of projects we are involved in include:

- Network modelling and future infrastructure requirements design for an entire agricultural energy feedstock across an entire country from the present day out toward the medium to long term

- Inventory optimisation for complex global organisations with operations spanning several continents and across multiple commodity types

- Regulatory change: advising our clients on new and changing regulation as well as designing and implementing systems and processes to support their regulatory requirements

- Advising clients on supply chain requirements for new capital projects and driving cost savings throughout the supply chain for existing capital projects.

- System selection for major oil, gas and LNG clients, enabling them to integrate commodity trading with their shipping and logistics functions

- Designing outbound to customer supply chains for major UK energy retailers for delivery of new products and services, optimising fleets and resource utilisation.

Grace Quinn - Manager, Resources Supply Chain "I joined Baringa from a non-consulting background within the Oil and Gas sector. I have since worked on a diverse range of projects which have leveraged on both my industry and supply chain knowledge whilst providing a platform to work across various commodities and markets. Supply chain consulting, particularly within our Resources BU, has exposed me to a global portfolio of clients each at varying stages of maturity and who face unique challenges within their supply chain. No two clients, projects, teams or locations are the same which keeps me sufficiently challenged and motivated. In the past year alone I have worked with clients based in South Africa, Russia and Scotland to name but a few! One of the things I value most about Baringa is that my career path, aspirations and professional interests do not fit a mould, which I feel is recognized and supported by the leadership team."
