United Legal Assistance Ltd has been trading for 4 years and employs 23 staff. We deal with Outsourced Claims Handling for Insurance Brokers, deal with LEI Policies and assist customers when they have had road traffic accidents. Due to Expansion of the business we are looking for;
Outbound Call Centre Agents
National minimum Wage - Full Time - Uncapped commissions available!!
We are looking to employ outbound call centre agents within the Insurance Broker and Claims Management Industry. The ideal candidates should have some knowledge customer service and/or call centres, an office environment and of the claims industry - any product.
Ideally, they will be IT literate and be able to use data entry systems and/or diallers.
However, if you are enthusiastic, a team player, great with people, organised and willing to learn new skills then we would also like to hear from you.
