Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 12:00am

The Position

The Service Controller / Administrator role would suit an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills required to handle a very busy service department.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing job cards and raising invoices in-line with works carried out and manufacturer guidelines using the Kerridge DMS system, and outside customer authorisation platforms
- Identifying parts using manufacturer parts identification tools and booking parts to workshop job cards using the Kerridge DMS system
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Dealing with customer enquiries on the Service Reception counter
- Managing the team of technicians
- Managing the shifts work load in accordance with customer expectations

You will possess:

- Automotive and/or fleet management experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Good clear telephone manner
- The drive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
