As a Service Advisor, your general duties will be to assist with the day to day running of the Service department duties to include:

• Use of the dealer management system
• Scheduling planned maintenance
• Planning and booking MOTs
• Liaising with customers and the workshop
• Ensuring the franchise standards are maintained

To be the successful candidate you should:

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Have previous experience within the Commercial Vehicle industry
• Be computer literate
