Trainee Business Executive

Our client is a third generation family run business based in Cumbria, with involvement in the motor industry for 41 years. The company strives to advocate the strength and importance of dealing with a family firm who pride themselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction in all areas.

As the Trainee Business Executive, your role and training will consist of:

• To assist Local Business Manager (LBM) with daily duties.
• Speaking to customers over the phone.
• Learning pricing/quoting system.
• Learning product (i.e. vehicle knowledge) vans+cars.
• Presenting vehicles to customers with the intent of purchase.
• Assisting with handovers of new vehicles.

Essential Experience: - Clean driving license essential.

Hours: - Mon-Fri 8.30-18.00 for the first 3 months. This will change to working on a Saturday 8.00-17.00 with a day off during the week.
