An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly ambitious Contracts Executive to join one of the UK's foremost business support organisations. The Innovate2Succeed (I2S) project provides tailored support to SMEs to help them enhance their innovation management capability, resulting in increased effectiveness.

To support this service our Company is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Executive to contribute to the development and implementation of systems and processes to support the effective delivery of the I2S project, and provide executive support to the Project Manager and Innovation Advisers.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the setting up and maintenance of internal processes and procedures ensuring that they are designed in line with regulations;
- Demonstrate understanding of ERDF guidance and regulations;
- Help to ensure that the project audit trails are robustly maintained and recorded;
- Collate evidence and ensure evidence trail meets contract regulations;
- Assist colleagues to prepare and populate timesheets through analysis of diaries, liaison with individuals and CRM reports;
- Work with the Project Manager to undertake the evaluation of performance;
- Collate information for, prepare and input quarterly claims ready for checking and submission;
- Collate and report MI on team;
- Undertake client feedback surveys;
- Update client accounts on company CRM;
- Organise internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms and note taking (where required);
- Raise purchase orders, invoices, expenses and related records;
- Work with the Project and Event Managers to develop events;
- Prepare for delivery of workshops and events;
- Book delegates onto workshops using company CRM and attend events as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience of project working, ideally in a similar funded role, prior experience of financial and general monitoring and management systems, and experience working in a busy and demanding working environment. Experience working in a customer-facing role is also desirable. You will be proficient in handling different types of data, and have strong IT and advanced Excel skills. Experience using CRM and other data entry systems is desirable. They would welcome Graduate applicants with relevant degrees. You will be a team player and self-starter, excited about working against challenging targets and timeframes, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Remuneration package: salary up to £24,000, 10.5% non-contributory pension, 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, life assurance and income protection, access to voluntary benefit options including child care vouchers, flexi pension, cycle to work scheme and ability to buy holiday.

Please note that their offices are currently based in Welwyn Garden City, and they are relocating to Hatfield from September 2017.
