Position: Head of Programmes
Location: North Wales

Our Client, design, develops and manufactures complex electro-optical equipment for the military, aerospace, civil industrial and space markets. They now require Head of Programmes to join a stimulating work environment with a growing, international, technology oriented company. The successful candidate will manage a number of programmes of both new and established product for the company. The products will be at the forefront of technology in the global market and will support the Surveillance and Target Acquisition Business areas.
We anticipate that you will have:
• A HNC /HND or Degree in Engineering (any discipline) or Science (or similar)
• It is advantageous for candidates to have project management or programme management experience, and exposure to PrinceII methodology (or similar), gained within an engineering or manufacturing process environment.
You will be self motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will enjoy a good basic salary of up to GBP55,000 (dependent upon experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees. Career development is a real possibility for candidates with the ability and aptitude to succeed.
