About the role

Working as an integral member of the Student Accommodation team you will contribute to the planning, preparation, implementation and delivery of the annual cycle of student accommodation activity.  The role is busy and varied and you will be expected to build links and relationships with people within the University as well as external contacts, for example the local council, landlords, host families and letting agents.

About you (requirements)

Highly motivated and well organised, you will have the ability to work well under pressure and have experience of providing excellent customer service.  You will have excellent IT, administration and communication skills as you will be responsible for maintaining, updating and developing information resources.  Above all, you’ll be an effective team player and share our commitment to providing a high quality, customer-focused service.
