About the Job
Do you want to take responsibility for making sure every customer on our web stores can get their fix of the best fantasy miniatures in the world?
Are you excited by the idea of making Games Workshop's web stores even better? Are you the kind of person who is always looking for ways to improve? Can you analyse information and spot patterns that can inform those improvements?
You will be working with the web sales team to make browsing and buying from our stores a slick and seamless experience. In particular your focus will be ensuring customers can check out easily, and looking for ways to improve the payment and delivery options on all of our web stores:

You will also be making sure that our service offer is clearly communicated and liaising with the customer service teams to make sure that the post purchase experience matches the online one.
We know what makes this job hard is the need to consider the needs of all different types of customer as well as keeping up with the rapid pace of change in an e-commerce business.
