An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Faculty Coordinator in the new Faculty of Foundation Learning and Support. You will work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Faculty to provide coordination and administrative support to the Faculty staff and students.

You will have a pivotal role in the smooth running of the Faculty. We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, able to multi-task, produce work to an accurate, high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a busy and diverse environment.

You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and to take responsibility for the efficient running of the administration of the Faculty.
You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will receive training on how to use various college systems for timetabling and finance systems so the ability to learn and adapt to new packages is essential.
