WE ARE RECRUITING 10x AM AND 10x PM TEAM LEADERS FOR A PRESTIGIOUS SAUSAGE MANUFACTURER IN LEICESTER

These temporary roles will run from August 2017 to January 2018 - all candidates must be able to commit to working the full time*.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

ENSURE EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT & SAFE

RUNNING OF AREA

RESPONSIBILITY FOR TEAM'S PERFORMANCE

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT QUALITY

WORKING TO LABOUR REQUIREMENTS AND WITHIN BUDGET

SHIFT PATTERNS:

AM: 5.45am-Finish | PM: 2.15pm- Finish

From December, 12 hour shifts 6am/6pm starts

PAY RATES:

£9.01/hour

Overtime at time and a quarter after 30 hours

Able to communicate at all levels with good literacy and numeracy?

Good time-keeping and attendance records plus a record of good work performance?

Previous people management experience and computer literacy (including Excel) are an advantage

Pre-booked holidays of up to two weeks between September and November will be authorised. No holidays are allowed in December. Work may be in a chilled environment and involve handling meat products.
