Ocean Housing Group owns, manages and maintains approximately 5,000 residential properties throughout Cornwall.  It has a diverse range of activities within the three companies that make up the Ocean Group.  One of the companies, Gilbert & Goode Ltd is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their Development team.

You will work with the Head of Development to develop and implement the Company's strategy for residential development including brand, target

market and locations, product type and mix.

You will be educated to A level (or equivalent level 3 qualification)

A Knowledge and experience of significant parts of the development process from acquisition through to sales is essential, together with a proven track record of successful land acquisitions and completed developments.

An appropriate qualification in a planning, construction or development related discipline is desirable, together with RICS or equivalent professional qualification.

You will exude a positive and welcoming persona and possess excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office packages.
