We are currently recruiting for a highly successful and award winning Hotel and resort based on one of North Cornwall's most scenic beaches. The successful candidate will be joining this operation at an extremely exciting time in their growth. The Position: This is a generalist HR and training and Coordinator role, you will be acting as first point of contact for all HR queries within the Cornwall office. You will own HR processes within this busy and varied office environment and have a range of duties day-to-day. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to... * Answer HR queries * Providing admin support to the operation- to include internal and external applications and reference requests * Drive the induction and training process for new employees, submitting them to HR for approval. * Applicant tracking * Arrange interviews and work with talent acquisition * Manage exit interviews * Provide end-to-end recruitment support including staff appraisals * Manage the production of all HR data * Identify trends and recommend changes to processes where appropriate * Deliver all HR administration Candidate Specification : For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with previous experience in HR and long term administration backgrounds. You will also be CIPD recognized, with ideally a proven track record in a hospitality environment would be an advantage. We are looking for candidates who are keen to build their careers' in HR long term and who show willingness to learn and develop.
