Redwood Origins has just opened doors in Norwich and are currently looking to meet with entrepreneurial-minded people, who are motivated to start their career in 2017 and be able to progress into a more senior role.

MARKETING ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY:

You'll begin by learning a systematic approach to client representation & new customer acquisition by meeting customers at residential campaigns. Within a matter of weeks top performers will have the chance to advance into a team leader position.

As a team leader, you'll be responsible for achieving your individual targets plus helping others achieve theirs. You'll get the chance to learn leadership skills, mentoring, coaching and personal development skills.

MARKETING ASSISTANT OPENING REQUIREMENTS AND DETAILS:

?? A degree is not necessarily required, but business-oriented and marketing degrees can be beneficial

?? You need to be willing to start at an entry-level and work your way up

?? You need to have an entrepreneurial mind-set and be willing to expand comfort zones

?? You need to be 18+ years of age & eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship. NO student visas accepted

?? Some experience in a customer-oriented role is preferred (retail, hospitality, customer service)

?? You'll be earning based on commission only, so a solid work ethic is essential

?? Full time hours are necessary for those wanting to run their own office
