Graduate Consultant

GBP18,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE of GBP35k - GBP50k in your first year)

The Role

• Building Relationships with Clients and Candidates
• Generating your own leads
• Advertising vacancies
• Sourcing for candidates and matching them with your client needs
• Negotiating fees
• Managing job offers
• Closing deals

Successful graduates will receive extensive training from industry leading professionals, which will consist of both on the job, classroom based lectures, one to one mentoring and seminar presentations. As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be given the responsibility and autonomy to develop your own business within the company. Previous recruitment or sales experience is not necessary as we will ensure that you have all of the skills necessary to be successful here at Vivid Resourcing, as well as becoming experts within your industry. As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be responsible for:
