Project Manager WCCIS

The new system will replace a range of existing electronic and paper based systems across a range of health and social care services. It will deliver a technological solution which meets the functional and business needs of staff, providing access to appropriate information and thereby allowing transformational service change to better deliver person-focused, coordinated care and support that meets the needs of individuals and their families.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to coordinate wide scale organisational change management as the organisation prepares for new ways of working.

The ability to work across service boundaries and with other organisations in the region will be crucial as is proven experience of project management.
