The Early Years Teacher/NQT Person Specification
This post requires a determined and highly-rated Early Years Teacher/NQT who can make something of a splash in their Early Years offering, adding value to the learning environment and enriching the entire school experience for these young minds! A strong track record of prior observations will be important, but it is crucial that you possess a confident, outgoing personality, and have the ability to work closely with groups of lively students and help them focus on particular areas of development! If you are a team-player, a strong communicator, and someone who genuinely cares, then this role could be ideal for you!
The Early Years Teacher/NQT Role
This Early Years Teacher/NQT role will see you leading a sizeable class of confident, loveable Reception students through their academic year, and will see you charged with creating and maintaining a fun place of safe learning! A lot of what the school believe in is creative learning, so a play-based, exploratory approach to classes is key. Ensure whole-class interaction and be sure to help boost both their academic knowledge but also their social interaction with fellow students! You will get the chance to jump on the schools CPD program too, and work with an experienced and dedicated TA! Sound good????
