We are looking to grow our account management team, as we are flourishing, as is our customer base! We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer relationships and we are looking for individuals to complement and add to the fantastic service we already deliver.

As an Account Management Executive, you will be working with internationally recognised and market leading brands in partnership with BP, this role will push you to your limits and enable you to grow in capability and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who is able to understand and exceed expectations within the organisation. You will be part of commercial projects with BP and have an opportunity to achieve skills to a higher level of experience. Account Management Executive responsibilities will include coordinating various other teams within the organisation in a view to develop and grow your own customer base. You will be taking ownership of your own workload and will be able to organise and prioritise your tasks accordingly.

Regular development and coaching will help you to attain Key Account Management status within 12 months.

Key responsibilities:

Provide support to the Head of Account Management, ensuring the maximum potential of our customer base is achieved.
Listen to the customers' requirements and improve the services provided to them.
Keeping in touch with clients, regularly providing a value added relationship.

Essential Requirements:

At least 1 year's work experience in an office environment
Ability to demonstrate a capacity to understand and grow with the role
Proactive telephone experience, particularly query handling and negotiation skills
IT competency
Good organisation and time management skills

Desirable Requirements:

Fuel card industry knowledge/experience or general business development experience is desirable but not essential
