E-Commerce Manager
Role: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Wakefield
Salary: Circa GBP30K, DOE
Our client are a leading manufacturer supplying quality products to a range of industries and have been trading for over 30 years.
Duties within the role:
Facilitation of ecommerce and web developments
Assist Head of Marketing (HoM) in the planning and delivery of new online projects
Work closely with the HoM to help project manage new developments
Assist during the testing process
Responsible for research and implementation of ecommerce improvements
Develop a 'wish list' of improvements to increase conversion across all sites
Work closely with design and development resources to effectively implement change
Targeted on ecommerce performance
Work to targets for each site as set by HoM
Develop existing tracking tools to more effectively measure online performance and ROI
Responsible for the execution of SEO strategy Group-wide
Maintain and improve existing search rankings
Research and maintain a class-leading understanding of current SEO best practice and developments
Implement SEO best practice and developments working with development resources
Responsible for PPC and Shopping feeds
Maintain and develop existing PPC campaigns across search
Research and implement new opportunities to improve PPC performance
Increase PPC traffic and conversions in line with targets
Responsible for execution of content strategy Group-wide
Organise the content calendar in line with the areas of focus defined by the HoM
Assess the effectiveness of content and it's ROI
Responsible for research in to developing ecommerce technologies
Constantly improve group-wide awareness of emerging ecommerce technology and opportunities
Present potential improvements to the HoM for assessment
Responsible for the maintenance of CRM systems Group-wide
Responsible for maximising the potential of CRM communications
Responsible for maintaining a database of automated emails
Constantly research, develop, improve and implement CRM best practice
The successful candidate:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are developing and growing their e-commerce offering. You will ideally come from an e-commerce background as a Manager, or a Marketing Manager from an e-commerce industry. Our client is ideally looking for someone skilled in SEO, PPC and CRM Systems. Hubspot is advantageous.
