Telesales Executive / Telemarketing / Sales Executive / Outbound / Business Development / B2B Sales / Technology / OTE £40k

Telesales Executive is needed for our client, a fast growing cloud infrastructure provider, specialising in hosted IT services, connectivity and telephony solutions. They work with businesses throughout the UK to help improve their internal system, business continuity, security and save costs. Their continued success has driven a requirement for an ambitious sales person to join their sales team in Liverpool. Confidence, self -motivation and a self-starting attitude are key attributes to this role. In return, they promise a fun, dynamic career within one of the UK's leading IT organisations.

Your role is to win business throughout the UK, you will be provided with marketing support including strong online marketing and business networking opportunities, but ultimately you need to be able to generate appointments for their business development team through hard work and focus.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting new and existing clients throughout the UK to generate sales leads
  • Making around 100 calls per day
  • Working on our internal CRM system to update client information
  • Dealing with inbound leads and customer enquiries
  • Following up leads
  • Overcoming objections
  • Following structured marketing campaigns and sending marketing collateral to customers
  • Booking appointments for Field representatives
  • Building rapport and relationships with clients
  • Attending key sales appointments

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in telesales
  • Good understanding of pipeline management and the consultative sale
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexible in your approach to work

Salary:

  • Basic £16,000 - £20,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • OTE £40,000
