Excellent opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Contracts Manager to join a well-established company that has its head office based in Stamford!

The company is a national supplier of cleaning services to the public sector through the achievement of profitable growth, customer satisfaction by providing a Quality Service at a realistic cost and by encouraging staff retention and fulfilment.

Due to continuous success, the company is now looking for an Area Cleaning Contracts Manager to join their team. Role and responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • To cover West Midlands area plus Milton Keynes
  • Ensuring cleaning is delivered to meet specified targets and standards, management and recruitment of staff
  • Health and Safety, Monthly KPI’s to include monitoring of all sites and timesheets.

 

 

The successful candidate will be required to provide an enhanced disclosure and barring service certificate (DBS). Other attributes;

 

 

 

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Proven people management skills
  • IT literate
  • Full clean driving licence

This is a full time 40 hour per week position (there may be the occasional requirement for weekend work)

In return, the company offers a competitive salary, £22,000 per annum.
