Good customer service is essential, and Service/Retail experience is a bonus with IT experience. Someone who can work on their own initiative, but still as part of the team.
Ability to prioritise tasks. A range of practical IT skills are necessary, but you must also have the ability to learn new ones. Someone who has a passion for IT, whether it is through an IT related degree, system building or being the IT person in your family/friends!
Skills desirable include:
- Willingness to learn
- Working from home and from the client's premises
- Flexible working hours
- Customer Service skills
- Windows Environments
- Cloud-based solutions including Office 365
- Full UK driving licence
The salary they will offer is really down to the experience you have, along with the potential you can bring to the company.
