The Role
We are recruiting to the position of Temporary Housing Worker in our Health & Homelessness team in Dorset. Our clients have told us that they want guidance and reassurance, they want to be pointed in the right direction and someone to give them a voice, helping them to help themselves.
The position is envisioned to run until 31st March 2018, and whilst at current we are only looking to recruit to a temporary role, this position may become permanent in the future, or there may be opportunities to move across to a different role within the company.

* Work alongside our clients as an equal partner and give advice and guidance at a level matching the person's skills and strengths
The organization has a strong value base, striving to be person-centred, innovative, trustworthy, can-do and excellent at all times, so it is important that you are as passionate about these principles as we are.
