Registered General Nurse, Nottingham
GBP15.23 per hour. Full and part time hours available.
You will coordinate the delivery of person-centred care which meets the physical and mental health needs of residents as well as their social, intellectual and emotional needs. You will ensure that nursing and care practices promote independence, preserve dignity and value the uniqueness of each individual. The role will require you to manage comprehensive care plans as well as ensuring the management and administration of medication in accordance to the standard of Abbeyfield`s procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a registered RGN/RMN and hold a nurse PIN. Ability to work effectively as part of team, demonstrate good communication, organization and interaction skills and can empathise and understand the needs of older people is essential.
