Part and full time Day hours available.

Shift Patterns = 7.30am - 2pm, 8am - 2pm, 7.30am - 4pm & 4pm - 9.30pm.

30 Night Hours per week working 3 Night shifts.

Shift Times = 9.30pm - 7.30am

RATES OF PAY

Without NVQ - GBP7.50ph Days. GBP8.63 Nights. GBP9.00 Weekends

NVQ Qualified - GBP7.63ph Days, GBP8.78 Nights, GBP9.16 Weekends

ALL POSITIONS ARE REQUIRED ON A ROTA SYSTEM THAT COVERS SEVEN DAYS/ NIGHTS PER WEEK. (Does not include internal rotation.)

The role of a Care Assistant involves creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, ensuring that every resident enjoys life with us to the full. Promoting the physical, social, intellectual and emotional wellbeing of our residents, you will assist in the promotion of their independence. Duties will include providing assistance to residents with their personal care to include washing, dressing and assisting residents in all aspects of their daily lives as required.

Previous experience for this role is not essential as you will receive on the job support and training. Ideal candidate will be able to communicate and interact well with people, be comfortable working as part of a team and can empathise and understand the needs of older people. Upon commencement, Care Assistants must be willing to undertake training to achieve NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
