We are looking for two motivated individuals to join us as Facilities Assistants whose focus will be on delivering excellent customer service across Leeds University Campus. We have two posts available, one is campus-wide and the other is based within the University Business School, one of the most highly-regarded business schools in Europe. You will deal with a range of customers and take responsibility for the provision of a range of high quality services that support and enhance the use of University facilities.
Delivering on our mission of providing ‘integrated, flexible and high quality customer focussed services’ will be your main focus and can be challenging given the high expectations of our customers. A flexible approach is important for both roles and you will be required to work a 35 hour working week from Monday to Friday within the hours of 7.30am – 10.00pm often on rotating shifts. Some weekend work will also be available on an optional basis. These roles will be extremely varied with new challenges facing you every day and you will be part of a large and diverse Campus Support team and fully engaged with providing the best possible service.
University Grade 3 (£16,289 - £17,898 p.a.)
