We are looking for ambitious and innovative individuals with a passion for utilising technology to support behavioural and business process change.
There are two temporary vacancies currently within the T20-Digital Team which are:
Digital Processes Administrator – Grade 5 – The successful individual will be required to undertake the administrative function to support the delivering the objectives of the Transformation2020 project.
(Initial 2-year contract)
Both roles are based at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen and are 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
The Transformation2020 programme has been commissioned by the Executive Leadership Team to deliver service wide improvement by 2020.
Within this programme is the T20-Digital project which aims to deliver improvements by deploying digital technology and refining existing and future business processes.
The successful candidates will be working within the T20-Digital team which will be a dynamic, agile and collaborative group who will be the first in the organisation to operate in a completely paperless environment.
The foundation phase of this project requires the successful implementation and integration of the Software Systems Resource Planning and Management software solution.
Each role will involve driving business processes ‘lean system thinking’ and the implementation, training and future development of the Service’s software system to meet the strategic objectives of the organisation.
The successful applicants will be part of a proactive, dynamic and innovative team who will;
- Be champions and ambassadors for ‘end user’ focused business improvement;
- provide configuration support and advice to end users and develop training programmes and content for the successful integration and adoption by end users;
- actively collaborate with other key project stakeholders in delivering the objectives of the Transformation2020 project in developing and coordinating user requirements, maintenance processes and enhancements as required during the life of the system.
