Experienced Head Chef required for this fantastic Mediterranean Restaurant Group in London Bridge

Salary £35-40,000 + Bonus + Career Progression!!

The company consist of 5 restaurants within London, each having their own style but providing consistent exceptional service to all guests. With plans to expand, the company offer great opportunities to progress to the next level.

They are looking for a Head Chef to manage the whole kitchen operation from GP management to training and coaching the team. As Head Chef in this busy site you will need to be organised and able to command the same from your team of 12.

The successful Head Chef will have experience of a fresh food and quality environment, having managed a volume site would be beneficial. Leading by example you must inspire your chefs with your passion and dedication for driving the business forward and delivering fantastic dishes!
