What does a Recruiter do.?
The responsibility of the Senior Recruitment Consultant is to build the client base and generate fillable technology job orders through local branch collaboration, mushrooming through our existing client base & target Tech start up and scale ups in the local market.
The daily plan
- Win shed loads of business.
- Turn our customers into raving fans.
- Be a digital native in the community.
- Attract, hire and coach tomorrow's superstars.
- Provide input into the ongoing development of both our functional strategy and operating model adjustments.
- Prove concept before scaling the operating model to other Tech hubs
- Provide input into annual business planning for the wider RHT business.
- Ensure the wider RHT Contract business takes over the world.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you:
- Will have the ability to get in front of new customers.
