WGHSJS is located in Wakefield and is one of the best independent Pre-Prep and Junior Schools in the North with an extensive pupil catchment from across South and West Yorkshire.
Working as part of a small team we are looking to appoint a Manager for our team of Lunchtime Supervisors, to co-ordinate the supervision of children aged 4 to 11 years during the lunchtime period in the dining hall, as well as indoor and outdoor play.
You must have good organisational and communication skills to ensure staff are deployed effectively. It is also essential that you display patience and kindness to ensure the pupils are supervised appropriately and safely during the lunchtime period. An NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent for working with children is desirable and candidates will be expected to undergo first aid training for the role.
The post is permanent from 1st September 2017 or as soon after and is term time only (excluding INSET), working 10 hours per week Monday to Friday from 11.45 am to 1.45 pm.
