This is an exciting new role within the team due to increased workload and continued business growth.

You will support the day to day running of our Head office and be the main point of contact for our in-house team regarding all office based requirements, Front of house for all visitors and will be on hand to our facilities co-ordinator at all times.

Understanding the priorities and making any changes to manage your workload and expectations is essential. The role would suit someone that thrives working in a fast-paced environment with a demanding schedule and the ability to work independently.

The role:

* Supporting the Facilities Co-ordinator.
* Daily office management including making Tea & Coffee, answering incoming calls, Front of house meet and greet visitors.
* Extensive diary Management of the busy meeting rooms
* Assisting with event organisation and organising lunches for meetings.
* To keep records of monthly spend regarding stationary, site products and general company buys.
* Implementing new ideas to help current procedures as the company grows
* Organising travel and accommodation for employees
* Working with confidential information
* Managing workload and expectations
* Assisting with enhancing the department
* Reporting
* Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
