Recruitment Consultant

My client is an independent recruitment agency with a variety of interesting clients. They have been in business since 2000 and are a boutique agency that specialise in Transport recruitment on one side and Industrial on the other. They pride themselves on building strong relationships with the clients and candidates we work with and we always strive to do our very best for everyone we work with.

Role

They are now looking for a 360?? recruitment consultant to join them. The role will suit someone who is used to or comfortable working independently in a smaller setting who is equally driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial in endeavour. Being a smaller setting the scope is there to be creative and they seek a 360?? recruitment consultant who is ideas orientated. It is essential the 360?? recruitment consultant will enjoy running their own desk, be able to continually drive business as well as manage clients and source excellent candidates. Ideally, they would like the person to become fully integrated into the business and help it grow and transform to the next level. Whilst my client has happily been in existence for 13 years, they are currently in a phase where they want to push the business further forward and want the 360?? recruitment consultant to be integral to that.

Experience and Skills

• At least 2 years experience as a 360?? recruitment consultant.

• Strong business development/sales skills

• Highly accomplished sourcing and interviewing skills

• Highly proficient in MS office

• Experience of social media

• Quick at learning and fully utilising a recruitment database

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise

• Planning

• Creative business acumen

• Highly organised

• Keen eye for detail

• Perceptive
