My Client is a Housing Association who are looking for a multi trade operative fully qualified and experienced in carpentry and plumbing. Any other trade would be desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance works, responsive repairs and void works.
You will need to have at least basic skills in tiling, plastering, fencing and double glazed window unit replacement.
A van, large tools and power tools, mobile phone, tablet and fuel card will be provided. You will be expected to have your own hand tools and full clean driving licence.
Essential:
?? Experience in the building industry
?? Relevant trade qualification e.g. Joiner/ Carpentry/ Plumbing City and Guilds up to NVQ Level 3 (Plumbing qualification is essential)
