My Client is a Global Manufacturing Company, firmly committed to manufacturing innovative, high quality, cost effective products, supplied within Industry.

The Company has embarked on a significant growth plan, resulting in the need for a strong Technical Services Director to be responsible for the delivery of Technical Services in relation to the company's product and system offered to all UK clients.

The role is also responsible for understanding and interpreting customers changing needs in the delivery of Technical Services, to improve the company's strategic position in it's markets.

The Role: Technical Services Director

To lead the activities of Technical Services, Training Services, Product & Complaints handling teams, to achieve strategic directives.

Develop committed and high performing teams through effective leadership

Identify development needs

To understand, influence and improve technical competencies of customer facing employees.

Drive improvement in Technical Services delivery

Develop training material and suitable training

Provide technical representation to Industry groups

Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Technical Services Director

Degree qualified - Building or Engineering

Working knowledge of Autocad

Working knowledge of BIM

Excellent & Effective leadership skills

The ability to understand complex agendas

Project Management

Able to develop and utilise market intelligence

Inspirational and driven
