*Able and willing to travel internationally on occasion.Responsibilities:We are seeking a Research & Development Technician to join our growing R&D team. This position will focus on working with other R&D staff members to create lab scale and pilot batches of polyurethane adhesives, sealants, elastomer and coatings. The successful candidate will be regularly meet senior R&D staff to obtain projects and to provide updates on progress. Key Responsibilities:
*Assist senior R&D staff with developing formulations from lab scale testing to pilot batches,
*Conduct lab testing on R&D products and production products, as needed.
*Ensure laboratory chemicals and supplies are maintained.
*Aid in the maintenance of a clean laboratory.
*Maintain detailed records of observations and testing from product trials.
*Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks.
*Take part in ongoing R&D meetings to develop a more in depth knowledge of ongoing products with a goal to increase independence.
*Provide senior R&D staff with updates on project statuses and needs to meet timelines.
